There are no assigned supervision shifts.
Please review the following points as listed in the Parent Handbook for your responsibilities while you are at the facility & before you leave.
Please remove footwear at the front or back door when entering. Shoes cannot block the walkways in/out (40” clearance). BE SURE TO PUT YOUR FOOTWEAR IN THE CLOAK ROOM OR TUCK THEM ALONG THE WALL.
Any children NOT in class need to be seated AT THE TABLES. NO RUNNING AROUND.
Parents—you must leave the tables, chairs, and bathrooms CLEAN AND TIDY
Broom/mop are at the back door. CHECK THE FLOOR BE- FORE YOU LEAVE. You may need to sweep/mop where you were sitting.
Please wipe your table if your family eats, uses pens, markers, etc.
GO INTO THE BATHROOM after your child. FLUSH, NO GARBAGE ON FLOOR, CHECK FOR MESSES.
Take your GARBAGE to a can.
Intro & Pre-K parents will frequently need to help set up mats be- tween 4:15-4:30 pm (Occasionally Grade 1/2 parents may need to help also on Wed's)
Senior dancers (or the last class of the evening) will take turns with closing duties before instructors lock up.
EVERY CHILD/ADULT MUST CLEAN UP BEFORE LEAVING.
Please assist instructors with any requests they may have
Lost and found items will only be kept at the hall for a few weeks. Unclaimed items will be discarded or donated.
Be allergy aware—if bringing snacks NO NUTS PLEASE
Curtains will be partly open for the first class of each month for observation starting in November. Parents are then welcome to watch class QUIETLY close to the dance floor (without conversation or other distractions)
